Brillante Early Learning Center
As part of our Cradle through Career STEAM Learning Campus initiative, plans are underway to build Brillante Early Learning Center. Brillante will be New Mexico's only full-time, museum-based child care and early learning center, providing care for children 6 weeks old through the pre-Kindergarten year.
Brillante will serve over 140 children from the Albuquerque community with free to affordable STEAM-rich early learning and care. In partnership with CNM, Brillante will also serve as a lab school for future educators, a resource for professional development, and a hub for community resources.
Explora is an innovative experiential learning center located in the heart of Old Town Albuquerque

We currently have architectural design in place for Brillante Early Learning Center and are looking forward to beginning construction soon. In the meantime, we have opened one 3-to 5-year old classroom in the current Explora building and are planning to open a 2-year old classroom in Spring of 2024. These classrooms are the pilot program. At this time, enrollment is limited to CNM-student families and Explora staff only.
